If I entrust Brumana with shipment management, will I lose control?
No: from the software, you’ll always be able to monitor every aspect of the shipment, including the carrier handling it.
Moreover, before proceeding with the shipment, you’ll be asked to approve the quote — so you won’t lose your decision-making power, only the most repetitive and time-consuming aspects of the process.
If I decide to start working with you and then change my mind, how can I go back to my current carriers?
You don’t have to stop working with your current carriers: if you wish, we can integrate them into our network and continue shipping your goods with them — but under more favorable conditions. The only difference is that we’ll handle the entire management process, saving you a great deal of time. And since the first month with us is a trial, if you’re not satisfied, you can easily return to your previous system.
If Brumana takes over shipment management, will the people currently in charge lose their jobs?
Not at all. Most of our clients have chosen to reassign these people to other tasksthat bring greater added value to the company. In some cases, clients preferred to keep one person as a point of contact with our team — it all depends on how each company is structured internally.
